Worst Service by TATA SKY DTH

Dear all, Nowadays the TATA sky DTH service is very very bad. Though I have complained, no one has come and attended. My complaint No. 1504023489661. But, they are deducting money from balance. On 31st March, 15, it was 601/- to day it is 796. I have not viewed the Channels for the 3 days. For not using the TATA sky is charging. When I have contacted, they told me that it will be rectified. Till this time (5.20 PM/3.4.15) it is not rectified.
VEWRY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.

Same is the case with me. We live in a gated community.There was a heavy wind two days ago and after that,transmission of telugu channels stopped working. I found it very difficult to pickup customer care help.Afterresolving the issue , they preponed the recharge date from 24-5-2015 to 8-5-2015 without informing the reason for preponement more  
I am also terribly frustrated with the services of tata sky. every weekend the services go for a toss. after complaining they had sent a person once but after a couple of days the problem resurfaces. They have already charged the technicians visit charges of Rs 170 against the payment done to tata sky. The HD channels are not working now. The call center number is giving a continuously engaged tone. Fed up with them now. Didnt face this problem with them earlier. After the change in their systems last month where the services were not working for 3-4 days i am facing these problems. Inspite of requesting for waiver of the charges for the 3-4 days they were not functioning they have not responded and charged even for the days the services were not on. Seriously need to think of shifting from this crude services which was frankly not expected fro TATA group. more  
I totally agree with these complaints. I am from Bombay. I have subscribed twice to mega South pack , but the TATASKY has started charging me on daily basis without intimation. Though I had taken two months Suspension they did gave suspension but did not extend that 2 months in subscription and thus has cheated the consumer. I had made sooo many complaints and chated with so many reps on net but they DO Not care to tell and write the discussion points in chat sent to us. I have created sooo much records and planning to send To Sri ratan tata himself as the Tatasky DOES not give its MD and CEO. It is true . Nowadays it is common that the call centres do not pick up fones and also no complaint office in local area , chennai . No way to complain the poor signals for the last one week. But the money is accounted for non viewing .my sub id is 1091977270. more  
Price wise it is the most expensive DTH. There us no option to delete few channel which you do not like to get some price benefit. In regional also so many unnecessary channel of no use. Call centre no worst of it's kindm some time you need hours to connect. Only satisfaction is a brand from TATA......... more
