Since life expectancy has gone up considerably, Govt shd incorporate 65 yrs as retiremenet age. more
Age relaxation could have been there ,not that all the aged people are experienced or innovative. But because many a people are there with vision, innovative ideas who know the details about problems, bottle necks and their solutions were never allowed to come or participate in such forums by our status quoist bureaucrats and politicians ,have grown older without their ideas and visions being explored.I know many a doctors and administrators who are really honest and visionaries and can bring a real difference to the lives of many at a much lesser cost by their innovative ideas and looking at the problem at their very roots with practical solutions in the most organised way that might surprise many a so called bureaucrats and politicians. more
Very good move but selection of right persons wll not be so easy. Dr.Anil Dhalla(Dentist) more
I fully agree with Mr A P Madhusudanan about the criteria suggested by him for enhancement of age to 65 years, relaxation in qualification, only Delhi candidates to be appointed. Focus areas like Electricity, Women's Safety, Transport etc require experienced persons who have insight into the subject rather than academic standards. And for Electricity area I would request that officers retired from Power Sector in Delhi should be considered upto the age of 65+ depending upon the deep knowledge, understanding of subject intricacies and required talent. more
Age bracket to be 25-65.So you can select people as per required experience and expertise. This is not a permanent job, where a young qualified can employ and develop his carrier & experience. You need a list of people panel data bank for backup in stock in every constituency level can be utilized as when need. Not only qualification and age you need to consider, loyalty to do social works, corruption and honesty to be identified. It should be a resident of Delhi who will be free from burden of many liability for time and other matters. Integrity towards AAP of the selected person is also important(otherwise enemy spies can destroy the idea too.) So I strongly support age to be 25-65 & qualification relaxation for experts who's experience is better to do the same job.Aim is to be quality of the result in practical not the academic level. more
