Withdrawal of PF pending over 6 months

Hello, I had submitted PF withdrawal request at the requisite PF office and even got a receipt for it. However it has been more than 6 months and the amount has not been transferred to me. How can I find out the status ? Also, can I now re-apply through the online route ? Please advise/ guide more

Another suggestion is to use RTI route also in parallel to above system. more

Thank you all for your responses. Strangely my claim request is not even showing online when i checked. What is the URL to lodge grievance? more

It is surprising that it is already more than 6 months you have not been paid withdrawl amount. I am just wondering whether you have complied with all the requirements. In case you have already done, please initiate grievances process with proper follow up. Start mailing the complaints. In addition to above you may also submit complaint using their online complaint system. more
