Withdrawal of EPF and EPS fund

I left my previous employment before 10 months ago. I worked for 9 years with that organization. Now since 10 months I am not working. Now shall I withdraw the full amount (Employee + employer) of my contribution to EPF fund, and an employer contribution of EPF & EPS fund?
Also, before this, I was worked with another organization, and I have not transferred my PF account. That employment PF account in Raipur (in the state of Chhattisgarh) and I am living in Gujarat. now shall I get that amount from Raipur PF office with the stay in Gujarat? I have only PF account statement for my reference and the years is passed almost 10-11 years for that PF account. shall I get this both the PF amount in total now? more

@Shri Pallikkara Viswanathan Ji, Yes I agree evry government is a corrupt. Still the safest place for your money is the Government/ PSUs departments/ banks/insurance companies etc. The most of the problems encountered are lack in the documentation or lack in the will of the citizen to take up his/her complaint with the appropriate authorities or just paying money for bypassing the system. The money in EPF gives you a tax free higher return than any other bank and is the safest in any situation. Even the courts cannot attach your EPF proceeds. In the instant case, the cause lies with the author itself as he has not even cared to transfer his proceeds from one employer to another and the reason could be anything like he may not be even aware of the procedure or may be laxity. I would advise the author to initiate the steps immediately in completing documentation. more
Dear Madam, You can transfer your previous Raipur PF accumulation to your current PF online in OTPC portal then apply for the PF claim you can withdraw the PF employee 12 % and employer 3.67% cont. from Gujarat and Pension fund 8.33% you will be eligible for Scheme Certificate because you completed 10 year in PF membership. Or You can apply separately for Raipur and Gujarat PF and avail total withdrawal. Thanks Ashok B more
Sir: Please withdraw all your PF and do not leave it with the Government, wherever you have worked do not transfer to the next work place. Withdraw the amount and place it in a bank, you get interest and they are safe. Every Government is corrupt: more
Thank you very much to all for helping me.. I would like to clarify more .. My previous employer is now after long time not possible to support me to transfer the PF account and right now that firm is doing some another business and also not in contact as far away from Gujarat so not possible to get help from that side... My current PF account is in Maharastra so even that is also not in Gujarat and I am living in Gujarat main branch of my employer is in Maharastra so thats why it is hard from my side to transfer it in Gujarat too.. so without getting the transfer any of the accounts, it is possible to get the withdrawal of my PF amount? also, note that if I add my previous + current employer PF account then it will be more than 10 years of my service for PF amount deposited. Now with this condition what is best to withdraw my PF amount? I have to withdraw my previous PF amount only with my efforts... will not get any help from the previous employer. more
You can file form19/10C with you previous employers for submission to regional pf office to get the pf and fps. more
