Wish to know the Truth about Kajal (Kohl)?
Do you know, Kajal or kohl has harmful ingredients like lead, carbon black and beeswax? Dermatologists all over the world advise against it. The chemicals present in it can cause severe harm to your cornea apart from causing various other infections like allergic conjunctivitis.
Note the following tips and stay safe:
Avoid daily use of kajal as it can cause allergic reaction also known as irritant contact dermatitis, stinging in eyes as well as irritation around the eyes.
Never share or swap your eye cosmetics.
Avoid kajal with fragrances. Removal of kajal should be done by a water based make-up remover rather than an alcohol based one.
Home-made kajal is made of soot, ash and carbon- all these are carcinogenic chemicals and they should be completely avoided.
Pencil based kohl is better than the one applied with hands or liquid ones.

I seriously doubt the truth of this post. You will notice that it claims all the simple easily made, low cost kajal used for millenia in India are condemned , while expensive pencils made by big manufacturers in factories are praised!!! more

Scientific proof to be done,&its alarming Beewax is also harmful, which is used to preserve fruits as coating in USA etc. more
