Will there be any possibility to correct the Anti Constitutional Concept of previous decades ? please help for a better way of approach.
1. Ceiling the wealth concentration beyond the Luxurious need of a Family confining article 39 .
2. Allowing illegal concentration of wealth beyond limits in force.
3. Allowing holdings of lands beyond the Ceiling limits in force.
4. Non provision of needed number of govt. schools to address free education up-to 12th class under article 45 .
5. Allowing schools up-to intermediate course to private businessmen without controlling the fee that has carried in multiple of govt. school fee.
6. Non provision of public health centers in all Villages and Govt. Hospitals in all mandal/regional H. Qrs. in the districts.
7. Compulsory allocation of property to females from the residue of kartha from 2005 without reverting back the females share of holdings that were seized and kept with the governments.
8. Ill-full prevalence and patronage of casts wise concessions, subsidies & reservations creating unrest / rivalry which is also diluting and deviating the vested unity & the spirit of integrity and the so-called fraternity even after the judiciary and Eminent law experts expressly , emphatically commented .
9. Disregarding the directions of supreme court for working on implementation of uniform civil code enforcing article 44 .
10. Set aside and neglect of addressing welfare benefits to : “ Economically Backward Classes “ under Indian constitution to all classes of citizen irrespective of caste , sect , race and creed .
11. Carrying the caste wise applications , concessions , concepts while the issue of divisive caste system was seriously , emphatically , commented and directed to eliminate in the constitutional approach and concept both by the then makers and, the eminent law experts after a decade or so too .
12. Never addressing the National wealth & Income to uplift the poor or the poorest of the poor.
13. Never stopping / curbing the theft / robbery and smuggling of Forest produce which should addressed to those below poverty line and Tribals .
14. Never stopping /curbing the theft / robbery and smuggling of Earthen Mine products like granites , precious stones etc., which should be used for Rural Development and those scheduled .
15. Never stopping / eliminating purchase of Votes and never punishing the persons and parties besides barring them in further contesting in Elections ; those caught by police & Election Personnel .
IN MY OPINION, IN DEED , SUCH SITUATION OF RULE , IS TO BE ADDRESSED JOINTLY BY THE EXECUTIVE & JUDICIARY SINCE THERE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTE NEGLECT OF ADDRESSING THE PUBLIC INTEREST ORIENTED ARTICLES WHEREBY MAJORITY PEOPLE ARE IN STRIVE FOR MANY IN INDIAN DEMOCRACY THAT WAS CARRIED AT SO CONCLUDED POLITICAL INTERESTS .

The issue of Middlemen profiteering ; Adulterated Seeds, Fertilizers and even Pesticides resulting in Suicide of FARMERS . Yesterday's protests tender immediate Reforms on the MIDDLEMEN MENACE that was a year ago concluded by us . All the efforts of Governments for increasing agri produce and improving fertility of lands cannot bring success though Thousands of Crores dumped in without removing the issues of Middlemen profiteering and , Criminal profits through adulteration of Pesticides and even Seeds . The GOI action in controlling adulteration in Fertilizers helped Farmers to some extent . It is absolutely necessary to eradicate in principle, the selfish attitude of Traders and Businessmen in doing Business keeping high profit margins as well as malpractices through Cash demands challenging the GOI instructions mandating Card Swiping machines accepting Debit and Credit Cards that nullifies the Tax Evasion and, the Black Marketing the produced items without showing in records . Thus, both the Middlemen and Agency Sector as well as the Business/Trade Sectors are to be mandated for prompt and corruptless carry at National Interest to save the general public those are looted since decades depriving them from legitimate Provisions of the Constitution that acquired giving up Souls in Freedom Fight .

The Prominence , Public Welfare purpose , The inclusion of People's Democracy , the restrictions & control of Political Democracy ; had been very openly , very clearly , very-much in detail and in depth debated , staged and concluded in the Constituent Assembly and adopted the Constitution where the importance of Part iii & the prominence of Part iv for carry of a good and justified Rule under the Political Democracy were consented by the then whole hearted , Socially bound , Civility Oriented Participants . 2. Hence , it is the issue of the candidature of the Politicians that occupy the Legislatures and ; the the time-bound verdict of the Voters to qualify the Rule of those Politicians . 3. Forever , in any form of Democracy , or in any form of Dictatorship , the above Factual issues of Candidature of Rulers , the final decision of People / Voters WILL ONLY DECIDE THE FATE OF THAT COUNTRY .

I am in Bijwasaan base. If the only way to see the change is to ask the British to change the outdated constitution. My namesake S.C.Bose could not help us as much he wished.Sardar Patel was another noble person who was not allowed to do all he could. Unfortunately Nehruji was sidetracted by Edwina Mountbatten. AAP PROMISED A LOT, TRAVELLED BY METRO AND NOW HAS CHAUFFER DRIVEN CARS & LARGE BUNGALOWS. That is my reason for asking the brits to come back and guide us. China has already taken over a lot of business, all our locks come from there, very soon all phones will etc.
