Will someone stop Ubers profiteering

It is raining cats and dogs here in mumbai and look at what these folks at uber were doing with consumers last evening. 20 minute ride which costs at max 300 was 1200 for a friend.

Will consumer ministry or CCI take cognizance and book the directors of Uber. more

You are lucky that you got service in such a scenario whatever may be price. Money is not everything but attending distress call have some value, it is common practice in every business or profession to charge according to situation whether it is medical, education or engineering or legal service. Why not for taxiways? more

This is not a new trend. Even the local taxi or auto walas demand 4/5 times of standard fare under such circumstances, which tradition is in vogue for decades in our country. more

There can be a meter like system and cap on the highest increase in the fare in case of high demand low supply Or night charges. more
