Why regulations not being implemented in true spirit or is Delhi Police waiting for another gang rape incident like Nirbhaya
Dear Friends I would request you to recall the gang rape incident of 16th Dec 2012 which has shaken the entire Universe. Delhi Police immediately came out heavily on motorist running their vehicle with tinted glasses.
The motorist in India are also inventor of new innovations as to how to violate the rules without being challaned. As you could see in the snap, the taxi has instead of removing tinted glasses, has removed the glasses and permanently covered the windows with sheets. Delhi Police as usual with little brain for vision or may be with corrupt business in view, does not challan such vehicles whereas the vehicles are much danger to the safety if the Dec 16 rape case is a learning experience where the bus involved in the gang rape was covered with curtains. One can find several taxis being run in such manner covering windows permanently. I have been posting such snaps on the facebook of Delhi Traffic Police but I feel Delhi Police is waiting for another tragedy similar to December 16 gang rape case in a moving bus.

I have already sent complaint along with few snaps incl. above to Commissioner Delhi Police today . So far there is no response. The other snaps included unauthorised blocking of pedestarian pathways and illegal encroachment of public land.

Well said, DP certainly looks forward to occurrence of crime, more so someoone to report an occurrence of crime. Web site of DP even has a link which solicits crimes to be reported. Crimes do get reported, DP talks with a smiling face with the complainant initially to get all the relevant information on the occurred crime along with documents, then they confront the culprits by leveraging these so that a good bargain is arrived at and the culprits get cold drinks and revered treatment whereas the complainant is subsequently ignored or an outsourced closure report is filed for record without even an information to the complainant.
