Issue them a Regd. notice A/D addressed to the company as appearing in the warranty letter and mark a copy to the local service Center. If no response is received within 15 days, you can lodge a complaint in the Dist. Consumer Forum for redressal. more
Write to the customer care of the company about the matter. Tell them about the course of complaint to customer court if no action within a week more
The only way is to approach Consumer Forum. more
Mr. Bablu, For your complaint the service personnel attended and they have demanded Rs. 7,500 / . If it is during the Guarantee period the company should rectify or replace .Did the service person who demanded know that it has a guarantee period . What is the period of Guarantee mentioned in the card . Send a detailed complaint by e-mail to the company customer care with all details , purchase receipt and Guarantee period. There will also be a toll free number which will guide you .Give 10 days time then approach the Consumer Forum . more
Bablu ji hope you have the copy of the documents or atleast the numbers , which will be proof of purchase and Guarantee . How was the payment made by card ? more
