Where this train is going !!!!!
It is very difficult to identify what the starting station of this train is and which destination it aims to reach. Many times, it has been brought to the notice of railway authorities, but it seems it is not their concern. Till the last minute of the departing train, the passengers remain confused about whether to board or not. See the board in the attached photo at Bhopal railway station. It is not clear to which place this train is going. Old aged and children have to run here and there at eleven hours to search the route or find out the destination of this train. With all the difficulties, you have to find out those busy conductors hidden inside of some compartments to get proper information in the midst of rush
of all confused passengers on the platforms. Because there are no inquiry counters found established on the platforms.
I request the Railway Board and responsible railway authorities to look into the matter and help passengers to have peaceful and comfortable journeys.
Programmable Electronics display board is a practical solution.

railway authorities wake up to this reality.Looks like our minister wants to create a confusion and ensure that people are also confused and then a stampede must occur and lot of people will fall down and get injured.Vaishnav ji wake up to reality to customer .Looks like u people want to create confusion and then try to solve the issue after customer points out.this is the state of affairs in all trains. What customer does is ask the people in the train hoping he knows best

Yes. This has been happening for the last several years, may be more than a decade. Previously, those boards were indicated at the end of the journey. Perhaps for cost cutting or due to union refusal that practice has been stopped and the passengers are confused. Similarly, the coach number such as S1, S2 also had dual numbering system and that too was very confusing. Wonder whether that practice has been stopped now.
