Judiciary's Orders and Directions since 1963 had been set aside by Executive and even Legislating Houses while from 70s, Courts cornered with insufficient No. of Courts and, inadequate No. of Judges which resulted in pending cases in lakhs. It is no exception, even as on date, the Pending Bills in India's Parliament Houses is above 60 in number which challenges the public and national interest. National Political Party, Congress, diluted CEC in 70s ; denied CEC proposed regulations of Political Parties, Contestants etc., in 2013 ; preferred to call back CJI who commented on the pitiable fate of Indian Democracy when those Convicted also permitted to lead a Political Party , appoint his Proxy as Chief Minister - in this year, the 2018 . ADDED TO SUCH ILL-FULL AND EVIL POLITICISM, the Congress Party, the mother Party of Political Parties of the Country, occupied Ruling Status sharing a minority scored party GIFTING THE SEAT OF Chief Minister. We all know that necessary mandatory REFORMS are required in many Fields for which we have joined, keeping and working together in these localcircles.com BUT, IS ALSO DEPENDENT ONLY ON MAJORITY SEATS IN PARLIAMENT HOUSES AS WELL AS , atleast 60% of States to conclude the Constitutional Amendments forever. This pitiable and pathetic situation is thus became inevitable JUST BECAUSE THE SUPREME COURT ALSO WAS NOT AUTHORIZED AS THE SUPREME FOR RESPONSIBLE CARRY OF CONSTITUTIONAL RULE . This is why, Supreme Court alone shall inspire, step up at national and public interest , re visiting their earlier Judgments like AIR 1983 SC 624 where they confined that S.C. is responsible for implementation of Constitutional Provisions ; AIR 1992 SC 1858 on Preamble Guarantees ; [1996] 4 SCC 212 cautioned that State if neglects ; [1994] 1 SCC 243 where S.C. ordered that Every Limb of Constitutional Machinery to be people oriented etc., etc., TO ORDER, IMPLEMENT AND ENFORCE CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNANCE to preserve the Honour, Reputation, and, Supremacy of Houses of Peoples and the very Democracy of India mandating their responsibility on the vested Right of Making Rules and Responsibility of People's needs leaving off the duty-bound responsibility of enforcing Constitutionally mandated Governance. more
