What can you do to tackle the problem when you have such kind of religious people who care more for dogs than the fellow human and even themselves.

What can you do to tackle the problem when you have such kind of religious people, who care more for dogs than the fellow humans and even themselves. They will put mats at the doorsteps of the temples for them to sit and sleep. Feed them there . They are just not bothered about the diseases these animals may spread to those who happen to stay just next to these temples. What to talk of the risk of biting the near by children and residents.
What a level of hypocrisy and mad superstitious belief system. When you point out they are just ready to immediately to brand you “Atheist” as if they are the direct incarnations of God.

You can persuade the children and illiterates but not the above kind of religious believers.

Forgetting result of such feeding, at public place more
See the photo put by me. These dog lovers are doing these things in the name of God. That is why they do at the temples as one of the stray dog shelter venue. They assume that they have their copy right even over the God. They will not allow God to come for your rescue and fight even with Him over the issue. more
"................................human residents and the animal lovers." - 'animal lovers' or STRAY-DOG-LOVERS ? Can't really be 'animal lovers' ! Ask any PETA member or volunteer, and one will know how silently and selflessly they are working for well-being of animals(including birds). The harmless beautiful chirping Sparrows are becoming extinct by the day ! How many of these so-called 'animal-lovers' are bothering about it !! If we may serve our memory all right, we will find 'Honey-combs' have become a rare sight(almost nill) in and around the city - compared to what we had been witnessing 5 to 6 years before ! It is most ironic and a curse on our generation that in the rat-race of fulfilling our desires and demands, we have horribly disturbed the natural-balance. This commentator has personally seen how in some parts of Odisa, Nagaland, Sundervans and Kakdeep, people are living ( nay. just surviving ) under utter sub-human conditions; And we talk of caring for ' Stray-Dogs '.... after creating ground for the dogs to be strayed !!! God save our soul. more
Dear Animal activists ! Have you ever bothered to know what these animals like ? How are you able to read their mind ? Have you learnt their language of communication. Or you are working on your own imaginations. Would these dogs / animals not like to be on their own in their natural environment like they are there in places , where the self styled animal activists are not available to disturb them by their artificial love. Helping a wounded animal or human cruelty to an animal is a different matter altogether which should be attended to. Animal activists would be knowing for sure if these animals are enjoying to such unneccessary fights among humans over matters. Please do not get agitated over this as a comment against you. I am just trying to understand the basis of your belief that by your such acts you are in deed helping them and not causing unnecessary intervention in their normal living style. more
Carry on with this crap... Dont point out the problem if ur not willing to help. We so called animal lovers ARE doing the best we can to control the population. Shelling out thousand bucks per dog just to get them operated to control the population. Getting as many puppies adopted as we can. Getting them vaccinated and helping the injured and what not... What are u doing apart from complaining? Nothing! India will never kill dogs. The law will never change. We animal lovers will keep loving them and feeding them and do our BEST to control their population in a HUMANE way, not by getting them euthanized!! And yes Mr. Kumar, we do keep them in and outside our house, away from animal haters like all of you. Try vising an animal shelter in you city or helping a badly injured dog/puppy. You view will surely change... Or atleast I hope it will... Cheers. more
