Want to warn against Fraud Maid Agency

In search for a full time maid, I posted my requirement on Quikr.com. A lady who told that she is calling from Neha Placement started calling again & again that she has one good maid. She claimed that she is having full identity proof & police verification of that girl who is around 23 years old. After almost 1 month I accepted & said OK for her proposal. Despite of my request that she should come after 7:30pm when I reach back home, She insisted that she will come herself before 5:00 pm only. Finally I agreed & she came on 18/12/2013 at around 2:30pm at my residence to drop the maid. My mother-in-law collected the reciept of Rs.11500 (Rs.10000 as comission + 1500 as 1 mont advance salary) & thier voter id copies. She assured that she wil mail the police verification after 1 - 2 days. The maid servant name was NAYANTARA MANDAL from WEST BENGAL. Name of the woman who came to drop her was told as RASHMI. My mother-in-law recived the filled form & took her signature & thumb impression of maid & paid Rs.11500/- as commission & one month salary in advance. She worked for 2-3 hours on 18/12/2013 & in the evening around 6:00 pm she told she is going to washroom when my mother-in-law was in kitchen.. the maid silently opened the door & ran away ( May be with agency woman ). Me & my husband were in our way back from office when my mother-in-law caleed us & told what had happened. I rang immidiately in the agency.but in vain. All the nos. provided were either switched off or not working. When I contacted on the address given on form & cash memo, I got know the address is wrong & i have been cheated. On the same night at 10:00 pm we lodged a complaint against this fraud at Indrapuram Police Station, Ghaziabad. Please register a complaint against the fraud agency & take proper action.
