It is very difficult to discriminate between Citizens on the basis of the position one holds as Public Servant. Nevertheless, law makers, being treated with separate privileges, May by law be punished more stringently. For example, license to drive must be suspended for violating any Rule or laws of M. V. Act etc. For more than certain number of violations, his position as Law maker should be suspended for certain period with all privileges withdrawn. Law makers shall never be law breakers knowingly or otherwise. more
VIP culture and corruption has to end. They are not VIP they are bureaucrats or elected public servants who are paid with our tax money. They are not colonial rulers they work for citizens and it is a privilege for them to have that position and not a ruling position. They should made to follow all the rules like any other citizen of this great nation... period. more
I fully agree in punishing the crimes mentioned. I suggest to have different punishments to various catagory of people in our society like peoples representives, educated and un educated, based on ages etc since the crime done by such different people cannot be equated. I think in our very old rulers like kings has followed such different punishments for the same crime based on some criterias more
If this a true fact, certainly, the culprit's power be stripped fore a full term of five years. Rules should be made stringent to all public and to politician turned ministers. Respective department to take up such serious issues and treat as violation and crime against LAW. Sever fine be collected from offenders and seize their vehicle, license etc. for minimum one year. more
I have been fined for not wearing helmet in residential area/road and paid Rs.1000-00 fine in Bangalore. I am not arguing that residential roads are exempted from traffic rules. Rules should be for ALL. When ruling party dictates ONE NATION ONE RELIGION, ONE NATION ONE LANGUAGE, ONE EDUCATION ONE EXAM, ONE NATION ONE TAX, etc bogus claims, why not ONE NATION ONE RULES for politicians? more
