The Committee will get formed, reports will get submitted (After several years). Some linked person's will get blamed. Main culprits become Scot free, will enjoy lavish life even after retirement.

worth analyzing point is WHY ? every year it!s UP for encephalitis and Delhi for Dengue is killer.No amount of oxygen can save life once vital organs start failing.Wake up maintain hygiene,prevent pollution,and overcrowding everywhere.Last but not the least what sort of efficiency we expect from reserved class who are perhaps not efficient enough for the chair they have given by virtue of their caste or other means.Absolutely hopeless. Reason could be simple. In 2015-16, more than Rs. 9,000 Crore allocated for health services, were returned unspent, as per CAG report and telecast by NDTV.

No. No. We are not learning any lesson. We have already said that, there was no shortage of oxygen. Only one or two deaths were due to shortage of oxygen. Other children died for other reasons. No media is raising the issue about the person who was responsible for releasing funds to gas supplier. All is well between politicians and Media.

If you may please watch NDTV Prime Time telecast of 14/08/2017. you may be able to understand the width of the issue. If that report of NDTV is correct, the problem will not be addressed in another 70 years, despite best efforts of Human Rights Commission.

While the S.C. staged that the issue be raised in the State H.C. , the human rights commission has already taken up the Case and advised the government to report on the issue .
At least , this case shall be fast addressed with the requisite future care forever in all to lead for ever .

2. As a society, nation, we can't take care of our children.

Priority for people in power is totally different than what is required to be done for masses. All time is being devoted in PR exercise with the help of (sold) media without giving even an iota of thought what is to be done. No politician will be punished for this grave mishappening only some (poor) CMO/ Supplier agency of oxygen will be blamed. Do not ask for them to resign as their priority is to be in power with all out effort to crush the people/ opposition parties, which has been happening since several years. Dissent voice is now not permitted.

Exactly . This really require an enthusiastic Zeal in Citizen & Societies about the Directives of Rule . The negligence in this part only is resultant to many un-willful and unwanted incidents .
If the issue of Deaths is only because of the Stoppage of Supply of Oxygen by the Supplying Contractor , at the outset of natural justice and Social Commitment , he shall be first identified and the concerned authorities shall take the second and the Department shall take the third and the Ministry as well as the Government be the FOURTH PART IN RATIO FOR JUSTIFIED PUNISHMENTS .
