Very poor after sales service of Lenovo smartphone
I have purchased smartphone Lenovo S-660 in June 2014 considering wellknown brand. But in the month of April 2015 it was stop showing network signal. I have contacted c.care and as advised I have submitted my handset Lenovo S660 to authorised device center I.e P.C. Support, Pune vide AQP/LO/15/00107, Dated 27/4/2015 but till date my handset couldn't repaired, I am regularly persuing my case even I wrote to executive director via emails but every time giving same reply that we are expediting your case. There is no reason why it is taking too much time. I feel this company is not at all bothered for after sales support. There is no alternet arrangement if repairing is taking too much time also not giving probable date of completion also not agreed to issue new handset. Since 4 months I loose my contacts and disconnected with my friends and clients. Circle please help me out to get my handset back more

I had posted about Lenovo s660 on 24 August, as guided by circle friends I wrote a letter to the higher ups (abroad, I.e U.S) of the company and same is resolved within one week. I am totally surprised, how their response/attitude changed suddenly. I experienced that our Indian counterparts are very insensitive and not bothered about customer service even I had complained to consumer forum but till date it is showing under progress. It is understood that nobody is following rules and regulations even our law regulation system is very time consuming/ expensive also many people not aware of. I had purchased HP on March 2015 and it is not connecting to internet and I was behind this CHORMA AND HP and finally HP had taken it and their reply still it is under observation. I feel we have to ban such products and inform the public their cheating especially Chroma, their responsibility is finished once they sold the product and got their money and HP they are highly irrevelant and not bothered. This has reference to my LG Washing machine Repair Job No RNA 150119079905 Dated 21 01 2015 I have put a request for repair of my LG Washing Machine Model WP-951620 on 19 01 2015 Their Service Engineer Mr Karthik dismantled broken SPINNER LID on 21 1 2015 He went away informing that he will come with necessary spares Later several reminders over phone No. 0891 2760441 and 8886125555 there was no response TRACKING ON LINE REPAIR SERVICE SHOWS THAT JOB STATUS COMPLETED Actually it was not done After repeated reminders to the phones your another service engineer visited again on 03 06 2015 he inspected the Washing Machine and said he will come with necessary spares soon 3 days later I received a call from 8886125555 asking about the damage happened I told him that your service engineer inspected the item and said he will come with necessary spares Till date there was no response for my repeated reminders. I regret to inform to all of our fraternity about the performance of LG Service Centre Visakhapatnam is not upto the mark. Further, I request you all not to buy LG Products particularly Washing Machines. more

I do not fully agree with the comments above that we should not buy or recommend Lenovo products in the circle. Lenovo is a good brand and has some very good mobiles. My cousin is using a Lenovo mobile for the last 3 years. He quite uses it while working in his farms. 2 months ago when he was checking the water level in the tank, his Lenovo mobile fell from the shirt pocket into the drum. It took him some time to retrieve the phone from the water tank. He wiped and dried it in the sun. You won't believe it is working fine till now. I am impressed and I have purchased Lenovo K3 Note now. Let's see how it works. I will certainly keep the members posted about its working. more
