Many time corruption takes place due to use of paper receipt books. Receipts are issued for lesser distance than actual travel in case of upgrading to higher class of travel. Cases have come to light where TTEs have used bogus receipt books. One way to curb this as well as save paper is to provide PDAs to TTEs which can print the receipts. Such devices are already used at petrol pumps/ restaurants more

This is regarding reservation for physically handicapped passengers. i observe they keep on requesting lower berth passengers, to exchange their upper berths. But ver seldom they succeed. Why w more
