Urgent Need to Bring back my Business Partner to save my Livelihood

Hello All,

I need your help on this. I would really be obliged if you can guide me to find a way out.

One of my key partners in my Business went home at Rohtak, Haryana in March 2020 and got stuck due to the country-wide lockdown.

My business was also closed and therefore his absence didn't matter much and we somehow managed to run through our savings.

Now when we are allowed to open up from May 4, I won't be able to because of his absence and it would almost be impossible to maintain my setup in here along with my livelihood.

Any idea how we can bring him back from Rohtak, HR to Kolkata, WB?
If needed, I may also take my private vehicle and drive him back.

Your suggestions are welcome!
Thank you so much. more

That must be one indispensable business partner, I must say. However, if his presence is absolutely unavoidable in Kolkata -- maybe due to your advanced age and physical immobility -- you may want to take help of the local police. They may also agree, if they find your need is realistic. more
Passes may not work ! There is a limitation of people crossing borders every day ! He will be unnecessarily held up at state border ! I suggest, don't look at May 4 so much ! Wait ! Let things settle down ! Only when you are sure the movement, trains, buses are working regularly, ask him to start his travel. Unnecessary pain, being held on the road during nights for no reason ! more
The HR person may drive down to Kolkata of his own or with the help of a driver with proper screening health and hygiene.. Regards Gaurishankar Dubey more
Thank you so much for the suggestion. One question: Do you suggest me to place the request in such a way that I would personally travel and bring him back? more
May please take up with local Administrator/DM to DM of Rohtak to allow your HR to Kolkata with propr recorded justifications.Their pass will be valid for other state/district Authorities. more
