2. Solid waste management.

Great wisdom, resources, research, technology are required to deal with them.

What are the opportunities to increase the income of villagers and urban. more  
Guarantee of MSP for farmers' produce and agri-processing units as cottage industry. more  
There is need to do long term planning to check this serious menace. Population control will go a long way to minimizing these problems in a cost effective manner. Presently, every State Govt. has surrendered before this ever increasing problems of all sorts of pollutions due to vote bank politics, non-accountability and corruption in the system of governance. more  
in addition we can add imported hazardous wastes from European countries which uses us as dumping ground. Though the government formulates rules, acts and legislation, still hazardous waste is being dumped here through backdoor channels more  
See Indians are out shining in Foreign Countries. But same Indian does not produce similar results. Reasons are Reservation, Corruption and Over Population. If these 3 are tackled properly then we can expect some Improvements. more
