Uphold objectives of Constituent Assembly
Ruling status in Constituent India is away from the objectives of Freedom Fighters and Constituent Assembly.
1.Total MPs, MLAs in Parliament and Legislative Assemblies= 4896
Sitting Members possess = 2,324 Criminal Cases
Criminal Cases on Members pending in P.S.= 1,991
Criminal Cases filed on Ex MLAs, Ex MPs = 1,675
-Contempt of Court Cases in a State as at 2013= 2,343
Contempt of Court Cases in this State as at 2018 =2,795
2.Pending Cases in Dt. And Subordinate Courts= 2.60 Crores as at 2017 which are 2.78 Crores at 2018
Civil Cases taking 15 years time while Criminal Cases being taken 5 to 7 years even to find the 1st Stage.
Bad Debts amounted to 8 Lakh Crores in addition to unpaid overdues standing at 4 Lakh Crores while the Fiscal Crimes in Private Sector Banks, Private Financial Enterprises and other Real Estate etc. Businesses amounted to some another Thousands of Crores loot from Citizen of the Country.
Public know that the cases of Political leaders are taking beyond decades.
Public do not know that Financial and Criminal Cases of ‘Election Period’ are sued in Court of Law.
Public do not know the number of Cases where Stay Orders are in force years together pertaining to Politicians and Businessmen
3.Failure/ inability/ un-empowerment of Judiciary ON (1) Speedy Trial (2) Method in Concluding Justice [whether on text of the law ; at the Purpose/Objective of the Law ] (3) Authority/responsibility of enforcing Constitutional Mandates and Provisions (4) Sanctity and Justified Political Rule (5) Sovereignty, Unity and integrity of Nation (6) Punishments and Penalties on False Presentation, Created Evidences, Concealing Truth/Facts in PS and Courts, Defamation awards/ orders on all such cases/ issues NOTIFYING THE STATE AS IF JUSTICE ITSELF IS SEARCHING FOR JUSTICE.
4.A CJI teared his eyes ; A CJI suggested occasional Joint Meet of Executive and SC ; A CJI commented on Sanctity of Constituent Rule staging as how can a Convicted Politician on Criminal Cases run a Political Party and even appoint his Proxy to Rule in Constituent India ; A CJI speaking on gravity of Speech confined the Status of Media as ‘THE MOTHER’ to the Nation and Society.
5.Is it the result of inserting and follow of LAWS OF ENGLISH, AMERICAN, IRISH, RUSSIA, BRITAIN ?
Is the policy of Justice, Morality, Humanity and Goodness is to ever neglect imposition of punishments and pardon forever even the [1] indulging in Crimes in Society [2] Financial Fraudsters looting Public Finances and Government Funds, Subsidies and Grants [3] Robbers of Natural Resources/Produces starting from Misuse, Misappropriation to Smuggling [4] Wilful Contempt of Courts and Lawful Authorities ; Repeated challenges to Law and Rule of Law ?

One and only rectifying remedy is to empower President of India [Since Governance is carried on his behalf] OR empower the Supreme Court Full Bench FOR CARRYING JUSTIFIED RULE IN THE COUNTRY AMENDING THE CONSTITUTION making POLICING Centralized and Independent like Indian Military Service to address Constitutional Security to Citizen and the Constitutional Objectives of Constituent Assembly of India please. more

The main problem is the slow pace of our judicial system. Cases take decades to be decided and appeals are endless. The Election commission should reject the candidature of those against whom serious criminal cases of violent nature have been pending in courts for more than 3 years. This will have the support of all the voters who are not members of any political party. An ordinance can be brought if the government wants to clean up this country while the supreme court may leisurely consider the constitutional aspects of such a move. But no political party would take a step in this direction since everyone needs the support of these elements. more

Exactly. The alarming situation in all fields is the result of failures of EC AND SC. Congress diluted Judiciary making it insufficient and inadequate since after '75. It has diluted and cornered EC in '91 , and 2013 .
