Unresponsiveness of fssai against alert raised

I had complained through the portal of fssai regarding presence of foreign matter in JAYA BISCUITS on 28.12.2018 vide my complaint numbered CMS0007063. It's surprising that I haven't been contacted till date. If this is this the way grievances are left unresolved, how will the safeguards be ever instilled? more

In India, no Govt. official is accountable. The complaints remain unattended for years and so is the situation in Courts. There is need to fix the age of every case in all Govt. bodies. The lax and negligent officials need to be removed from service every year to keep the administration responsive and vibrant. E governance will be much help in improving working of all institutions. more
As already a fact FSSAI is a useless authority who does not act under any circumstances they only generate a complaint number and you can keep on reminding them for years but nothing falls on their deaf ears and blind vision.Govt. should terminate FSSAI and save some money of the taxpayer. more
