Unethical practices by committee n apartments
The following are the list of some of the key things I had objected to
for which the Committee wanted me out as a Vice President of our
Apartment Association. Please note this is not the first
time that they attempted to do this, they have tried it many times in
different ways.
1. Wanting to do all things the legal and lawful way, especially dealing with
major challenges like registration, OC, where I was discouraged from sending emails to the
concerned people in this regard. And please note all my emails to the builder has been
polite and in no way showing that we are wanting a fight.
2. Strongly objected to giving unreasonably high amount of society's money to the vendors
for the mediocre quality of service provided. We were even paying double the amount
in certain cases.
3. Strongly objected to supporting and keeping vendors who are not performing or providing
quality service.
4. Strongly objected to any activity or plan made, which is primarily done not for the welfare of our
Society but to please certain individuals or people.
5. Strongly objected to not showing accounts and keeping everyone in the dark for months.
6. Strongly objected to people keeping maintenance cash in lakhs with them unnecesarily
when we have employed a person whose one of the main job is to go and deposit the cash in the
bank daily.
7. Strongly objected to our premises and things being used for activities not concerned with our Society
and also unsafe for our society.
8. Strongly objected to people not having a good reputation to hold key positions in the association,
based on several previous bad experiences with proof.
9. Strongly objected to deliberately not wanting a qualified Estate Manager.

There are chartered accountant's running unauthorized parkings in private colonies. I have noticed there a lot of mention of unauthorized parking in public places but first time I have found a RWA president who is also a qualified CA by profession running a cash scheme for parking inside a private colony. Is this a part of the training provided to CA's as part of the ICAI qualification process ! Inside DLF Exclusive Floors the president - Pallavi Sawhney and secretary - Apprajit Bhatia are running a cash parking scheme to become rich. The Tenant's living in the colony are forced to pay parking for their cars. The Authorities in Gurgaon need to find this amazing scheme - (money making scheme) and let the citizen's know of the how they have been watching this menace ! If it difficult for our policing system to apply IPC 420 for these professional thefts.

Every member in a society or an association fighting election for his or her own benefits. We have got examples from young and old both who has done similar activities to benefit themselves. In simple words you can refuse to become a member of an association or RWA that stands with such people. They get elected to cheat and become rich for themselves as they can not make an honest living in the real world. We have got individual like CA, retired Engg. etc. fighting election to get these post. We have an example of such illegal activities at DLF Exclusive floors where the president has used her powers to cheat the residents. She has managed to get every person against her out of the system. The very people that voted for her at one point hate her as she and her husband have misused every opportunity for making money.
