unable to transfer/ withdraw Previous Organisation PF

Sir/Madam,
My UAN no is 100872460333. I was working with Jagdish Store from 01.04.16 to 23.02.18 . I was asked by Jagdish Store to resign and go away. As i didnt resigned as per their norms, they delayed my full and final and it was done on 30.04.18 . Meanwhile after Jagdish Store asked me to leave , i Joined Square Dotcom Pvt Ltd on 05.03.18 . The problem is there is now clash between Date of Leaving of Jagdish Store , that is, 30.04.18 and Date of Joining of Square Dotcom Pvt Ltd , that is, 05.03.18 , because of which unable to transfer or withdraw Jagdish Store PF. To inform , I had mentioned above UAN Number in Square Dotcom PVT Ltd . My Questions are as follows :-
1. What will happen to Jagdish Store PF as unable to Transfer or Withdraw?
2. Jagdish Store Administration Madam who looks after all this is unable to help and is creating problems for last eight months . What to do?
3. The above person told to get matter sorted out by bribing someone , which despite doing couldnt be accomplished . I had paid Rs 4000/- to Office Boy of Jagdish Store , who couldnt help and is refusing to refund.
4. I have been facing mental torture and harrasment from previous organisation in lieu of above for last eight months. When will it end?
