unable to locate my ePF account online

Hello, My ePF account is with the KR Puram, Bengaluru office. But I am not able to locate it through online access. It comes back unable to find my account. Is there a way to get this issue resolved? Do I need to call someone at that office to resolve this? I will be very thankful for any pointers/help. regards,

Hi, as per your mail you cannot access your PF account. Kindly answer my questions below. Is still you are in the same company where in your PF contribution was deducted every month. If so in your payslip your PF account number is there with establishment code. You have to register yourself first then only you can access. I think you may know this. Even after registering if you could not able to access then you have to contact the PF office. The concern clerk of handling your account. You have to inform them the establishment code then they will guide you to the clerk for further process. G KUMAR
