Tvs motor not providing slipperclutch installation for existing rtr200 owners
I clarify that my complain is with tvs motor company and not dealer.
I had purchased rtr 200 on 21 feb 2018. After approx. 20 days tvs lauched new version of rtr with slipper clutch feature. I requested tvs customer care to provide existing rtr customers including me for chargable slipper clutch installation so that they won't feel neglected and left out. Just like how ktm racing provided chargable installation of slipper clutch. I sent many mails to the company after which finally i got a call from tvs that they can't provide installtion. My only question and complain with tvs is if they proudly flaunt the name tvs racing just like ktm racing and do many racing events with rtr 200, why cant they provide simple chargable part to part replacement installation of slipper clutch for existing customers so that they don't feel left out. If ktm racing can do y not indian tvs racing? Many existing rtr 200 owners want the installation and are ready to pay for it but tvs are not helpful and are just focussing on big sales numbers and neglecting existing customers request more
