To control Corruption within Railway Stations and Premises:
1) Every TTE may be allotted a small electronic device which he should be bound to attach to his uniform whenever he is on duty in any train right from the time from start of a duty to end of duty. This electronic device shall be customised ordered for recording conversations of TTE’s during his duty timings. Whenever, his duty comes to an end at a particular train, the recorded data shall be transferred to a particular computer specially maintained for the purpose of keeping records of all the TTE’s reporting at that particular station. This system would act as a deterrent for corrupt TTE’s from indulging in illegitimate conversations and cheating railways.
2) Every Railway Station may be made to display citizen’s rights as well as responsibilities at the very entry point in legible letters so that aware citizens can demand for their rights from Railway staff including TTEs
3) Citizen’s may be encouraged to come forward and complain against Railway Staff including TTEs who indulge in Corruption producing Clippings of Corrupt transactions they might have seen within railway premises using technology (a lot of citizens now-a-days have mobiles which are having good quality cameras. In other words, leveraging technology is the key).
This is practically impossible... what about the privacy of that human being.... We need to act morally... Bt agree wid you point we need to curb corruption... need to look at alternatives..

People offer money to TTE or any other railway agency ,because they know that many railway employees are corrupt and can do any thing for want of money. If there is any cross checking as suggested this practice would be abolished
