To avoid corruption in govt department offices
Dear Sir,
To avoid corruption in govt department offices or specific department as RTO , Govt should Set up Single Window For Documentation and Fee deposit (with finger print too) for All Govt Dept work at every road crossing and cut the public interaction to the department officials and clerks/ brokers where the applicants are compelled to give bribe/ facilitation charges.
These single windows would may forward the digital information about applicant followed by verify all documents , in encrypted way to the concerned department with hidden contact details ,if any official want to talk to customer then only can talk through the App/site without knowing the contact number of applicant and whenever department raise any query about Applicant ,that may possible through the Single Window only till the Applicant served it's desired services.
Hence , i am requesting for do the needful .

Haryana RTO digital service is a farce. It took me 5 visits to get my DL renewed, despite filing on-line - as against 2 visits in the old system.

कृपया उस सरकारी विभाग का नाम लें जहां भ्रस्टाचार नहीं है तो यदि भ्रस्टाचार की बात करनी हो तो प्रजातन्त्र के चारो स्तम्भ मे व्याप्त भ्रस्टाचार की बात करनी होगी - यदि भ्रस्टाचार को मिटाना है तो पहले चुनाव मे व्याप्त भ्रस्टाचार को मिटाना होगा और संसद मे बैठने वालों के भ्रस्टाचार पर चर्चा करनी होगी पर करेगा कौन ?

Why not U.P. Govt. follow Delhi Govt. for this as Delhi Govt. has started Home Service for Govt. works. An executive comes at customer's place, checks documents and suggests the correction and all is ready to GO..

There is heavy corruption in judiciary also when you enter in premises of court corruption start from Stamp paper and you enter court room take bribe
