Timely Payments for MSME

I know the circle has been active in escalating delayed payments issues to Finance Minister. I want to know if the Govt has brought any serious mechanism that addresses kick backs that are required in both psus and private companies to collect payments against invoices for work done.

If one private company official demands bribe to give contract or to pay invoices of another private company can they be booked under anti corruption law?? more

Anti Corruption Laws apply only to the Govt and PSU's, NOT to Pvt Sector, as public money (Tax Revenue) is or may be used by Govt / PSU's and as such Anti Corruption is in Public Interest. Corruption issues in the Pvt Sector may be raised with the Vigilance / Audit / Finance functions of the Company concerned, but whether any action is taken or the matter is condoned, or even encouraged, depends entirely on the Company. Please note, that as a Whistleblower, you have limited possibilities of ever doing business with the Company again - so do it once you're sure that your relationship with the Company has permanently ended or you're ready for it to end with immediate effect, including your inability to collect anything which may be due to you from the Company. more

if i want to start my educational institute for poor student the how msme can help more
No. No public interest is involved in such corruption matters. However. both the private companies may take necessary appropriate action against their respective employees/officials. more
