I agree that the old burocrats have to be changed. I believe that there are innumerable officers in Govt departments who neither fit to the post nor have genuine interest in serving. I know some of the directors in Govt departments occupied the throne to make the job a mere source of income for their family. I therefore urge upon the government to remove the dead woods in the Govt Departments. Have confidential survey in this matter first, black list the posts and candidates and send them home mercilessly. I call those officers as dead woods, as they act as mere parasites on national funds, and have nothing much to contribute. Remember these dead wood officers got such jobs merely on using techniques of Lobbying and Pressure groups.
Please do not ignore these burocrats. They are in one way Rajkumaras [ princes] of previous govt. In congress regime there was a practice of acomodating kith and kins of politicians in Govt departments , as Directors, with lucrative salary and perks. If that is cut the country can earn a lot of savings.

The Central Govt need not hesitate to to change the Governor. Also the CEO and Executives in many Banks may be changed immidiately

This has reference to the message of Abdul Rahman (Assistant Manager) posted a message in "Transform India with Narendra Modi". Subject: Auto fares to be reuglated. In Bangalore for long time Auto drivers are in practice of grabbing more money from passangers. In the month of November 2013 I was in Ahmedabad. I travelled by Auto many times. They are so polite. Even though it a capital city of the state, and costly too, auto drivers are not found exploiting passengers. In one of the auto I traveled from heart of the city ie VASTRAPUR to a far off Bus stop, I was asked pay as per metre only. I could not believe it was just Rs. 20 for 3 passengers and so much luggage. Most astonishing fact was that the YOUNG AUTO DRIVER so cool and calm and was driving vehicle in a happy, content mood. I pray god that such opportunities come to the Auto drivers in our state also. That is Karnataka. I think some social Institutions and BJP should arrange for a free Yoga camp for Auto drivers in all major cities of the state. It will improve their health, mind and keep away the evil atmosphere.
