Think we are working it out..evolution process
Aam Aadmi Party ( AAP), hamstrung by internal dissent and differences between senior leaders, has launched a series of measures to put its recent troubles behind it. On Saturday, it unanimously rejected resignations of all its leaders.
Last week, two of the party's leaders Yogendra Yadav and Naveen Jaihind had resigned from all party posts. After the second day of the meeting of National Executive Committee concluded, senior leader Prashant Bhushan said, "Both the leaders [Yadav and Jaihind] were requested to take their resignations back and they agreed."
He also added that the party would request Shazia Ilmi, who resigned from the party a few weeks ago, to return. "I brought party's attention towards certain issues with my resignation, glad party took up those issues," Yogendra Yadav said on withdrawing his resignation.
A day after Yadav and Sisodia locked horns, party chief Arvind Kejriwal reacted on the issue. Kejriwal, in a tweet, referred to Yadav as a dear friend and that the issues he raised were important and would be worked on. "Yog yadav is a v dear friend and a v valued colleague. Had long discussion with him....," said his tweet. "Yog yadav has raised some imp issues. All of us will work on it," he added in another tweet.
Kejriwal also tweeted that the party will try to bring back Ilmi who has resigned citing "lack of inner democracy" as the reason. The party chief reaction's came on the second day of the national executive meeting.

AAP is in its infant stage. People with different ideology wants to serve the people in their own way. Here everyone only thinks of service to people and not for personal gain. Leaving the party and joining others for their personal benefits are opportunist. This happens in even well established parties. Good people should always think of POSITIVE and continue doing ONLY GOOD WORK.

Now AAP has two opportunity to en cash in near future. Delhi and Haryana election. No one here to serve free. All want position to enjoy life through common man vote. Col. Kalidhar, I fully endorse your views and tried conveying the suggestion a couple of days back through a functionary of AAP. If you deem it fit, some of us with some management backgrounds can get together and meet collectively senior AAP management persons. I feel this forum has a lot to offer. It seems that the views expressed in this forum have not been reaching the right quarters. AAP is in need of capable minds and I am sure a good number of such people can be identified who can contribute to its growth.

It all happens in evolution process. Good that issues have been resolved. I am sad and feel that our suggestions through these channels are not read by important functionaries. The debacle wouldn't have taken place if some one would have acted or given a thought to the views. Some senior persons have different back ground and past histories but we the comm enters are from grass rout level and give suggestions based on perception of AA views. Please don't ignore and give some time or interact through telephone for more clarity.It can be discarded.

This only goes to show the level of commitment of AAP members to the philosophy & purpose it stands for. It is this common cause which will continue to keep us united and move forward. Differences in approach being voiced is the essence of a democratic organisation, unlike our oldest political party where dissent immediately results in suspension/ dismissal from the party.
