THE SUBSIDY SCHEME HAS CHANGED FROM CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.

Consumer has to pay full an amount as printed on receipt and after consumer’s eligibility subsidy remaining amount I’ll be transferred to direct consumer’s bank account, Because consumer are not getting full amount of subsidy. However, in consumer subsidy the delivery boy also sharing why?

As per Indian government and Indian oil ministry guidelines, the dealer or agency has to deliver at doorstep consumer’s residence on an amount of printed receipt but dealer or agency or delivery boy are not following the guidelines.

THE CONSUMER IS SUFFERING SUCH PROBLEMS
FOR COOKING GAS AGENCY
1. The dealer or agency of HP Gas is only interested for making benefit not on consumer satisfaction.

2. HP Gas dealer or agency’s deliver boy mental harassing and annoying to consumer.

3. Consumer has to suffer repeatedly behalf of benefit of dealer or agency.

4. Delivery boy are demanding extra amount in the name of delivery.

5. If consumer is eligible to subsidy, why should consumer has to share or pay such extra amount?

6. The delivery boy is making money in lakhs per month as delivery charges.

7. From one residence the delivery boy charges 20/- (twenty rupees) then how many cooking gas cylinder deliver in a month and how many amount delivery boy I'll take in the name of delivery charges. more
