I think there is a mistake in your thinking, because only after you cross the limit of Rs.7 lakhs a year, are you eligible to pay 5%, so this year it will be 20% if you cross the Rs.7 lakh limit, more

If one can afford travel to a foreign country, then surely they can afford this additional expense. And as for getting refunds through ITR, it will ensure that they fine returns. more
