Tamasha on Swachh bharat
Amitabh bacchhan, devendra fadnavis ji and all people of ndtv, swachh maharashtra will not happen with you all cleaning once a year and showing off. It will happen when the the babus and karamchari of various local bodies get active, are suspended for corruption and are empowered. It will happen when ppl like ajoy mehta bmc comm and others engage with citizens. Please change your flawed approach. more

There is big scam in drainage system with all Municipal Council's. Which we observed is between the two big man whole the pipe size of 6 inches has been deployed. Who waste and water will pass ? it can create the flood like situation in city every season. Now some Municipal council's has undertook the work of drainage like Chandrapur, Washim in Vidarbha has same terminology of 6 inches pipes between two big man wholes ? It is under ground and nobody bothers about future consequences. We think that it should be investigated by Central Government properly. more

Why do we always have the authorities who themselves stay in sad state of such places do carry on their work with responsibility. I have read in newspapers about Deonar, Mankhurd, Kurla, Bhiwandi and roads to our internal Jopadpattis....Pathetic stench and with no proper drainage systems in place. If one by one area in a particular ward is carried out.. maybe by next monsoons things should be in perfect shape. Same goes for the roads too. Why do we have to keep spending 30000cr per year by BMC.. more

Tamasha is not a proper word because Tamasha entertains us a lot . Insted they R doing our Tamasha by laving taxes on us. more

I will not call swachch bharat abhiyan a Tamasha. It is well intended and has a potential of transforming the country. Sadly the state authorities and the workers are not enthusiastic and sincere which has resulted in the dissatisfaction and anger in people's minds. Participation of general public in this initiative is also poor. The govts , NGOs and the citizens are required to exhibit a coordinated approach. The programs should be formulated at mohalla and ward level and it's execution should be a continuous process. The civic bodies and health workers have special and important roles to play. They should undertake all required steps to achieve the target of a swachch bharat starting from each mohalla and ward in consultation with local corporatist and citizens. The inspecting authorities should be responsible if any lapse is found. more
