Symptoms of a heart attack
Before a heart attack, you may experience these symptoms:
1. Unusual fatigue/low energy
2. Trouble sleeping
3. Problems breathing
4. Indigestion
5. Anxiety
6. Back or abdominal pain
During a heart attack, these symptoms may occur:
7. Pain, uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, or feeling of fullness in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or goes away and comes back
8. Pain or discomfort in other areas of the upper body, including the arms, back, neck, jaw, or stomach
9. Shortness of breath, with or without chest discomfort
Other symptoms are:
10. Breaking out in a cold sweat
11. Nausea and/or vomiting,
12. Light headedness
Women also experience chest pain or discomfort, but also are more likely than men to experience
13. shortness of breath,
14. nausea/vomiting, and
15. back or jaw pain.
Almost all of symptoms are covered , it is important to do macro analysis rather than making a big list covering everything , if one interested to highlight ; it is important in brief to cover disease one by one exact cause and preventive measures (possible) I think that would be beneficial.

Very good information. But I would like to add from my experience. Please note all above is Security Cover 2, but I would like to emphasis on Security Cover 1 - if you are above 40 years, family history of Heart attack, High BP , Blood sugar, HbA1c, HDL, LDL, LDL/HDL - you are in DANGER ZONE. And now the most important point - Your cardiologist - may revive you, which is quite common now a days. But your heart / arteries are permanently damaged. For rest of your life your heart will be functioning 30 - 50 %. So first line of defense is very very important.
