Switch over from white to brown rice

Those having Type-2 diabetes.. Request you all to make a switch over to brown rice (kerala rice) starch free, high in fibre, high in potassium and many other benefits..It is infact cheaper n healthier..

Fortunately I feel lucky as the brown rice is available @ Rs 45 per KG with a general provision store (RK Store) , Archarya Niketan, which is close by to my home. I agree with you, the govt. must popularise & raise pan India awareness among common people as Diabetes (Type - 2) is being labelled as the largest slow killer which can be taken care of if dealt with greater awareness & responsibility. more
