Innovations in/for Swachh Bharat

1. Sulabh International has innovated a technique to use the gas extracted from the sewage waste for running a bus
2. A contractor in Jabalpur sells processed sewage waste as ‘khaad’
3. Concept Biotech has devised a system, where segregation is the first step, biodegradable waste of every 5-10 house is composted using tumblers and the non-degradable waste is sold out
4. In some houses the organic waste from the kitchen goes to the kitchen garden and flower beds and so does the waste water
5. Shree Maa HSG Society in Pune gives all household waste plastic to an organization called Rudra which collects it on a monthly basis and recycles it to make diesel, while the sludge is given for road construction. In 6 months, more than 300 households have joined the group
6. They also give newspapers to another organization which trains under-privileged & disabled to make various sizes of strong bags, some of which are capable of carrying weights up to 20 Kgs, reducing use of plastic carry-bags and creation of wealth from waste
7. An EDMC project supported by GAIL generates 30 KW power from solid wastes of the city in dump yard of Ghazipur
8. In Malkajgiri area of Secunderabad city, GHMC (corporation) has provided green and blue dustbins so that household themselves can segregate waste and handover to the health workers

10. Dow Chemicals is generating 100 million gallons of drinking water from sewage in California. The solid waste during segregation is used as manure. The filtration is done in 7 steps of which RO is 6th step. Lastly if any microbes might still remain, the filtered water is treated with UV Rays

Sir, It is a good issue but all provincial govt. (anti BJP's) is not implementing properly because they are doing there own agenda like "NIRMAL BENGLA" in Bengal, just only for advertisement of own govt. own parties but definitely it is a good mission of all Indians more
Let these things be not as example, but implemented in large scale. more
Good initiatives and innovatives.Solute to Modiji-Our heart and mind.Making India ever green and clean in every spheare. I agree with Mr. Kalaga that swachh Baharat campaign is needed to uplift villages. At the same time I would say if it is properly and adequately implemented in cities/towns/municipalities then only it can move to villages. First authorities have to be dedicated to implement swachhta in developed areas where still it is not in a good shape. more
Are these three only the innovations? If there are more those also should have been visible in the text of mail. In stead or in addition to using the gas for running a bus it may be used as a fuel for any and all purposes like running a Boiler, Oven, kitchen etc. Other two innovations appear to be practical.
