Starting up of MSME units - not really

My brother has a MSME unit in Noida Phase 2. He resides in Delhi. 80% of their staff lives in Delhi. None of them are being permitted to enter Noida because of border restrictions. This is ridiculous. What is the point of saying lockdown relaxation for industry if labour and staff cant even reach factory.

Why can't they permit dedicated pick up and drop off vehicles if they commit to not stopping or dropping in Noida anywhere. Can the administrators be a little constructive and find these solutions.

And if they can't just continue total lockdown for another 30-45 days till the virus settles. Chances are 50% MSMEs would be out of business by then. This slow death is too painful. more

You may run ur unit with the help of 20% staff residing in Noida/ Gautum Budh Nagar if required local man power be used, but ceiling is essential as Delhi is uncontrollable, all of us knew Mumbai and Delhi are now like two cities of China, where lapses pay big cost, alternatively there is need for engageing more local manpower, even may be selected from raw stage and thereafter be groomed with necessary training. more
GOVT. needs to do in depth analysis of things and frame rules accordingly. Half cooked rules are creating lot of pain for the entrepreneurs. more
It is an irony not just with MSME but with all the businesses -means localisation of employees/labor which will become key in coming days which will lead to better time management and improved productivity as well as reduced traffic as well as reduced energy requirements more
No big companies are making payment to pending invoices ,despite of we have paid our GST .As a MSME we will have to pay our employees and vendors. Can Govt give instructions to all BIG Telecom companies to pay their dues towards their small vendors. more
