Steps to begin a Start-up venture

here are the steps I believe we need to follow in today's highly competitive market to begin a start-up venture:-

1. Finding Partners

3. Identify all possible Use Cases
4. Finalise the “Use Case-Business Model” to go for (based on Partner domain knowledge)
5. Partnership & Company formation

8. Financing more

Sunilji: You are right, continuous Planning & tracking of business is essential to run any enterprise - large or small. More insight on this is available on the link http://www.mobisol.in/overview/ more
Mr. Atanu: one of the most important steps is to prepare a detailed business plan of the intended activities. It would help to create a detailed work breakdown structure of all activities, further divided into tasks and then identify skill sets of individuals to be made responsible for all the tasks. This helps in selection of right manpower with the requisite skills. Once that is done the detailed hiring plan needs to be created, job descriptions defined and appropriate personnel selected. Since it is always difficult to find people with all requisite skills, one can identify the deficiency in skill sets of the selected personnel and plan to impart training in identified areas. This will help in better estimation of salary costs as well as having the right people for the right responsibilities. This is the key to success of the enterprises. This aspect is often neglected with adverse impacts. more
