Our main concern in the Circle these 3 years was the Chinese Goods flooding the market , legitimate as well as Smuggled . From mere clothes pin to electrical, Electronic to toys were matter of concern expressed in the circle . Chinese were so smart and clever they knew which product to flood the Indian Market .
September it is kites and toys ;
October – November for Festival lighting sets.
December colourful decorations (one of them is called Chinese lantern ).
Thank goodness they hadn’t targeted one Festival Sankranti ,that is celebrated all over India with fervor ; Celebrated with different names .
Now it is for the MSME’s TO MAKE A STUDY TO KNOW WHAT INDIAN CITIZENS NEED , QUICKLY AQUIRE SKILS , SEEK THE GOVERNMENT’s ASSISTANCE AND FLOOD THE MARKET IN RIGHT TIME , @ RIGHT PRICES, IN RIGHT QUANTITY and QUALITY .

Chinese toys are actually poisonous and extremely dangerous for the kids to play with. I heard that the chinese products to the US Marketplace are of better quality from those supplied to us. Wish the Government takes the courage to ban all chinese products for ever.

Chinese has three qualities. A,B,C. A goes to US and C comes to India. Reason Indian market is cost conscious more than quality conscious. US market is quality conscious more than cost conscious. So cheap quality comes to india so that it sells.

Custom duty should be increased on other common items such as footwear chappals, socks etc.etc. Lot of goods comes through other ways without paying any duty like Nepal, Bhutan and north east countrie's borders etc.etc.
