Quite often, the fault lies with retailers who fail to keep the consumables in safe zones. Such things happen in many cases of consumables like choklates etc. more
True. This looks. More like a supply and improper storage under unfavorable temperatures leading to fungus formation. The company should alert its supply chain staff and transporters and educate them. The staff who handles diary products should be aware of all the related issues. more
If they cant ensure supply to consumer while maintaining quality they ought to relook at retail channels more
Thanks for bringing out the carelessness. I have also had similar experience with Fungus Growth on Sandwich Bread, By Super Foods, packet of which showed expiry in another 2 days to come. Lots of cases are coming up with quality being compromised to boost stocks and sales The more we expose such lacunae the better. Only by bringing to the notice of all we will be able to get the manufacturers to give a serious thought to quality. more
Sometimes such things can happen because of supply chain. Mainly such items need to be keep in specified temperature but during shipping within city, locality or society, no one follow the norms. more
