When any Citizen wants to be Entrepreneur and want to start his own small scale start up business, then, first he will need the information about his desire of Business. He will need guidance for raw material, markets, machinery, funding, manufacturing processes, technical know how information & overall budget summary etc. Only by providing funds, we cannot achieve the desired Target of startup. Providing funds to already established business will be supportive action. But, it will not be sufficient for new Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurship development among the Youths. New Entrepreneurs are in need of the one Start up Guidance Website where they can find the complete information for any particular start up. Minimum information needed is :
1) Overall Summary of project & Budget
2) Documentation Required
3) Funds requirement , its arrangement
4) Details of Raw material availability
5) Manufacturing processes
6) Procurement of machineries with prices & addresses of Companies
7) Details of Technical manpower, consultants for guidance
8) Markets and marketing processes
9) Packaging ideas and details of packaging industries
10) Storage related information
11) General Pricing in market
12) Reports and required other information
Collection of such data is very tedious work. But it should be done for better results. This will help peoples to start and maintain their business successfully. Proper study about any field can make the entrepreneurs more successful and strong enough to compete the competitive World.

@Mr Swayambhu , yes you right , youngsters from Technical background themself are aware of Technical knowhow and Eentrepreneurship because it is part of curriculum . I have taught Entrepreneurship as a Subject . Here I am concerned with common peoples from all fields . We need spread this up to different fields and areas . Rural areas people definately need support and guidance .

Dear Mahen, I think these youngsters are smart enough to find out a CA / CS to know about the legalities of starting a business. in fact most of them, start working based on finding a customer first and then looking back to make it a formal legal entity. til then, some uncle, brother, friend, comes to their rescue. our age, most of the guys were looking forward to find a job, now the world is changing. visit any engineering college in Delhi, 70% kids are looking forward to a fresh idea to establish a startup. what happened to USA in 1980s, is what'll happen to India by 2020.

I think there may be few formats for Techno-economic feasibility reports are available and there may be few apps for guidance for start up which is not possible by website.
