In my opinion we should take advantage of COVID-19 and take measures to review our methods of work and improve efficiency - particularly Public Service Executives etc. The suggestions are: 1. Distance education should be norm. For this we should have subject wise educational softwares for each class from Standard I to IV, V to X, XI to Xii; and for graduation. and these programs should be on a number of special channels shown continuously for 24 hours and 7 days a week. 2. All papers in Every Govt office is scanned and saved as soft copy for future reference. All new applications from public, if received as hard copy is converted to soft copy and used for all internal purposes. 3. Banking should be on machines only without interface of human contacts to avoid Transmission of virus. 4. Money transactions should be mostly digital and proposal of Arth Kranti for Taxation and Currency notes should be brought into effect. 5. Make in India should get a very high Boost and items like Cell phones, computers, CCTV cameras, and many items like diods etc.are made in India. Necessary purchase of Technology from suitable countries should be expedited by removing red tape in GOVT. functioning. RYK. more
Most of the suggestions had already appeared in different media. Encouraging e-commerce beyond a certain limit will destroy our crores of small shop keepers and their families. This vital point must be kept in mind in formulating future plans. Unemployment in the country has already broken all previous records and the nation can't manage with few crores more new unemployed. All future policies must be based on creation of new employments without harming the existing ones. more
Suggestion is good but difficult to implement, not only in Bharat but in any democracy especially where the population density is high, literacy is low and poverty in plenty. more
What ever measures are taken - it should be balancing of economic well being with minimum loss of life more
What is the use of Lock Down when it is not implemented properly? more
