To maintain transparency and fixing the accountability at top level, are the most effective and widely used tools to curb the corruption in each and every Govt organisation. Decision must be made within the time-frame work.Justice must not be delivered in time but it should also seen to be delivered. There is also need to change century old irrelevant rules to minimise the red-tapism. These measure are also being adopted in all the various countries including USA, UK, SA, Australia,Singapur more

My general solution to fight corruption is to demonetise all large notes above Rs 100 and replace them with coins in limited numbers. Bribe takers will find it difficult to handle or store black money. When they cannot use the money they earn as bribe corruption will come down. Bribes will be come more in kind than cash but this cannot be much and whatever little happens will only help the economy to some extent. With the PM's initiative to open bank accounts for all, encourage use of cards for transactions. All card transactions of high value can be monitored by the tax authorities. more
Almost all the sections of the Electricity Department is corrupted. Unless and until their entire process/systems are completely computerized and transparent, and a open and strong complaint redressal mechanism ensured the corruption and mis-use of powers cannot be eliminated. more
Corruption can be prevented by ensuring proper oversight of processes and use of procedures in each ministry and in every agency. Corruption can be cured by implementing random unannounced audits and regular procedural inspections, using both internal and external resources to report irregularities. more
