There is problem of insignificant/no callous/ calcium formation between fractured bones. He can not stand, walk and sit without help of a walker since last 5 years and that too with lot of pain in both hip joints & thighs. Dr. Mathur, Thanks. Can you bring union in fractured bones and alleviate pain so that patient can walk without any help without any damage to plate & screws etc., preferably without any further major surgical procedure. All case history and X-Rays etc. can be sent on your mail before the patient coming before you.

Dr. Mathur, Thanks. Most of the operations done in AIIMS, New Delhi. There is no problem of accurate bone alignment & bone apposition, which also checked by other leading orthopedic doctors. Teriparatide injection also used by him for 18 months with B1NP checked. Request kindly tell about illzarov surgical technique.

Sir, its sadenning to hear that the bone has not united despite undergoing 14 surgical procedures and various other modalities of treatment ranging from allopathy to ayurveda. Without going into too many details, I would like to state that first and foremost accurate bony alignment and bone apposition is essential for bone healing which I'm sure most of the surgeons would have adhered to. Secondly other mortalities of bone healing which you haven't already mentioned include use of teriparatide injections and a surgical technique called illizarov which is useful in some specific cases. You can enquire about these from your treating orthopaedic surgeon.
