Shut all gutka and cigarette plants

New Zealand is banning ciggerate for all the young people. India should ban gutka and ciggerate for noth young and old and dont rely on corrupt authorities to enforce this.

Instead ahut down supplies and factories. Can LocalCircles escalate this? more

The ban should be strongly addressed at the manufacturers level to have a lasting impact 2. Advertising campaigns can be done by the MLAs is their areas telling people about the penalties of selling chewable tobacco 3. A complaint phone line can be started on which the general public can inform about tobacco being sold any part of the city 4. Citizens that have smart phone can post in the Health circle of Delhi Government and report if they observe sale of chewable tobacco 5. Steep financial penalties should be applied to the person caught selling chewable tobacco 6. Government should issues a notification to all manufacturers of tobacco - no sale of products banned can be sold to any trader/dealer in Delhi 7. Manufacturers should be asked to add ‘not for sale in Delhi’ on the packs 8. RWAs should be roped in to keep a lid on offenders 9. Checkpoints should be put on entry points into the city to prevent in coming consignments 10. Publicise the ban at all cinema halls before each and every show 11. Big display signs should be put at public places warning them about the ban

Who will do it. Banning is not an option. Enjoy but in your privacy. Having in public place should be should be banned with imprisonment followed with heavy penalty if they want release more  
Off Late Indians have developed one habit. If you talk of one subject, then they will ignore it and will find Fault in other Subject. This I have Seen more so during Political Discussions/ Debates. It means You are not agreeing on your wrong doings and are trying to protect yourself. more  
What about cars that release smoke of the noxious variety? This especially so in the diesel powered vehicles that make all staying outdoors exposed to a 20 cigarettes a day equivalent ? Let Peoples want to do as per their wish. If they want to die , let them die. It is duty of Parents to control their kids. In This MOM & DAD Age , it is hard but not difficult. Other peoples shouldn't care about it & not to write on this petty issues on social media. Govt. Put strict rules that Gutka , smoking can be possible in their homes & not in Public places. spitting after taking Gutkha , should attract heavy penalty like Rs. 5000 + 30 days rigorous punishment for cleaning of dirty walls , street. No exemption to any body on his social, health & other status. No Stay from court is allowed. Govt. will earn handsome money from these peoples. Wine , tobaccos , Gutkha , Cigrette , wine shouldn't be banned as it increases corruption. more
