Tamil Nadu is much worse. Here the virus is aoread in many cities like maharashtra or UP where couple cities have majority cases.

No doubt , there is the question of Lock down extention should totally depend on the ground situation . If at all there is relaxation it should be only for a day to fulfill the certain necessities beyong the essentials. And no gatherings , religeous , polititical . I would say T.N. is in a far better position as it had traced 1,475 returnees from Delhi out of the 1,500 . That was a single largest contributor to the T.N. tally of 621. T.N. should start focusing on other aspects , * Supply of Vegetables from farms to the markets through proper transport . * Frugal use of water . Hands and body parts have to washed . But not from Wash basin as in public places . This caution is after Knowing the general populations concern for economic use of public property . * Garbages will be thrown in new places ,aas markets are being shifted , Camps are opened , Packaged food is supplied in thousands . No doubt to reduce the work load on a few slogging the responsibilities of Garbage disposal can be entrusted to volunteers.
