Settled PF amount still not received thru NEFT
After recent retirement, I had applied for full PF-amount-release, which was subsequently shown as settled.
On the EPF Portal, it shows as - "Your Claim [ Claim Id - xxx ] has been Settled. Payment sent via NEFT "
Sadly, The amount is still not credited to my Bank a/c..
Initially I got a shock thinking that they had sent my Old-age support money to someone else,
but being aware of Govt-department procedures, I need to ask if anyone else has faced similar issues and how was this resolved.

I am worried as I am in the pipeline to withdraw my money (PF). Hope, you get your money very soon. Kindly keep us informed of the proceedings.

PF department is deep well, extracting money is not a easy thing here. One need very good documentation and proper complaint process can help.

This you can expect from P.F. Dept. I had transferred pf from Vashi to Kandivali P.F. office in Mumbai online . The portal said transfer done but the fact was the money never got credited to Kandivali account , Long story short after repeated followups on the govt portal the money was transferred back to Vashi office after 1 year 5 months. I suggest wait till end of month or else submit grievance on the govt of India portal. Regards Denzil

Don' worry. Service level paradigm for PF settlement is 20 days. So, please wait. Your PF will be credited soon into your bank account. If, in case, it does not happen after the aforesaid 20 days; you may apply for Grievance Redressal mechanism via EPFO Portal. Thanks & Regards Raj
