Like airports, free trolleys of good quality should be provided. See if baggage check in facility could be provided to passengers travelling to terminal stations. Can we improve all or many or some stations to Metro quality? more

The Railway Ministry can and does provide amanities in the trains, but what happens on the ground depends on the employees who are supposed to deliver them. Here is a n example of how the amenities are denied by the staffs failure to do their work. I traveled by the Gujarat Sampark Kranti Express (train No. 12918) on the 25th February. 2016, from Hazarat Nizamuddin (New Delhi) to Ahmedabad Junction. I was really pleased to see that on of the toilets was the new Bio toilet. There was an instructions board displayed in the toilet which, inter alia, "Please do not drop any paper, napkin, news paper, cloth etc. in the toilet other wise it will chock, please put paper napkin etc, in the waste bin kept in the toilet. BUT THERE WAS NO WASTE BIN IN THE TOILET. I brought this to the notice of the TTE on duty, Shri B. L. Mina who immediately contacted the Ahmedabad Control, whose response I could over hear. The train was only aboout 15 minutes from Kota. Therefore Ahmedabad Control said they will in form kota to provide the waste bin. Shri Mina went a step further and informed Kota Control also. I could hear Kota control's response. They said they have already received a message from Ahmedabad and are in forming Kota to have the waste bin provided. The train halts at Kota for 10 minutes. YET THE BIN WAS NOT PROVIDED. WE KNOW THAT AT TIMES IT BECOME ESSENTIAL FOR SOME TO dispose of a napkin or piece of cloth in private. The toilet would have choked and caused stink and inconvenience to all. I request that the matter may be probed and action taken under advice to me. more

Pl add more AC3 tier coaches it will solve berth availability issue and also increase railway's revenue more
