Server providers cheat their clients

I have two websites which is the one point selling platform for my business of health care consultancy - www.wecare4all.in where I guide people to appropriate places for any medical or surgical treatment, medical tourism, health related events and home health care services and bharathmarathon.com a continual marathon I as an individual developed and managed to organize for social causes requiring attention from people was been handled by sanindia.net a company to provide space on their server. After being attached with them for ten plus years I wanted to change the sites to a better server for betterment of my business where those people hasn't shared the credentials and control panel details to do so till date and they waited for the sites to be suspended. Now my one-point selling platform is down and we don't have any proper forum to address such issues. No internet regulatory body. I am so bothered now without knowing what to do. more
