As I always say, ALL businesses are trying to cheat the public through innovative methods. The only way to crush then is to file a case in the District Consumer Forum. I am sure you will win. It will also compel FLIPCART to abstain from such unfair trade practices in future. This will be of immense help to all consumers. Blaming the e-commerce platforms for a vendor charging more is incorrect. It is the vendor who is responsible for this fraud. It happened to me also on Amazon. I lodged a complaint of charging more than MRP, with bill copy and MRP print photo. They were pretty quick to take action and refunded the excess amount. Please lodge an official complaint by email with Flipkart. They will take action. If they do not take action, then they will be guilty. more
